Cooper

Cooper is a 4-year-old, 54-pound lovebug who’s ready to discover what family life is all about.

This sweet, friendly boy has spent his life as an outdoor dog, where he’s been well cared for, but now he’s looking forward to something completely new — a home to call his own. Everything from cozy couches to television noises may be unfamiliar at first, so Cooper will need a little time to settle in and build confidence. Thankfully, his affectionate personality and willingness to learn make him a wonderful candidate for the transition.

Cooper absolutely loves people and enjoys making new friends. He’s the kind of dog who simply wants to be included and close to those he loves. With a little patience and encouragement, we think he’s going to blossom into an incredible companion.

He also gets along well with other dogs, has been sheep tested, and while we don’t yet know how he feels about cats, he’s shown himself to be a kind and social pup.

Cooper is brand new to PAR, so we’re still learning more about his personality and all of the things that make him unique. We’ll continue updating his bio with everything we discover. We have a feeling his best chapter is just beginning.
